Center for Disease Control (Retired) - Now living in Harrisonville, MO Maternal and Neonatal Tetanus - Dr. Atkinson recently retired from twenty-three years working for the Center for Disease Control in Atlanta, GA.  He is a medical epidemiologist specializing in immunization.  During his tenure at CDC, he produced, wrote, and/or appeared in more than 100 broadcasts and web casts that were viewed by more than 300,000 healthcare providers.
